Include a cover page. 2. Remove all of the City of Coppell standard details from the plan set. Drainage Plan - 3. Show the contours on the drainage plan. 4. Minimize the amount of bends. Utility Plan - 5. Minimize the number of bends in the water line. 6. We anticipate possibly having to reconstruct the entire sanitary sewer system through the park. We are currently looking at an I&I study to determine where the problems are. We can coordinate with this project. 7. Any sanitary sewer manholes greater than 12' should be 5' diameter with bolt down lids with the rim a minimum of 2' above BFE. Double check TCEQ requirements. There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well. I have also attached the markup summary. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your convenience.
