All lines flow to one location by Gravity Fall or by pumps within a Dual Sump Installation Two Tiered Waterproofing consisting of a primary layer of CCW #860/861 sheet membrane and a CCW #6000 ®Drain Mat as secondary protective layer to keep gravel away from membrane while backfilling while also providing a insulation space between wall and gravel. Membrane is a 60 mil rubber material that is adhered to wall with a CCW #702 Primer and pressure rolled to form a precision envelope around basement that is designed to hold to wall for the life of a structure. Backfill at all walls with waterproofing applied using a Dallas Drain exclusive technique of filling the excavated void around the basement by separating the walls of the basement from stored excavated soil with a 18" to 24" gravel "Moat" around the basement. Bottom of excavation is filled with total gravel backfill to an elevation above finished floor of basement and the remaining space is divided between soil and gravel up to existing grade by painstakingly dividing 8' sections at a time while keeping a 18" to 24" gravel column against wall and reducing the chance of hydro static pressure from water accumualtion. Protection of additional area of residence with Interior Perimeter Fasp® at total interior perimeter of pier and beam sections and connected into Basement System while protecting exterior of total structure with the exterior FD perimeter of residence with series of 6" solid PVC lines for the purpose of collecting all downspouts and exhausting to street through curb at at least two locations. All Downspouts equipped with Dallas Drain Exclusive "Downspout Cleanout Adaptor"" for ease of cleaning gutters, downspouts, and underground pipe.
