These are the comments I have:
1. The cover page needs to be corrected
2. The north arrow on the drainage area map needs to be corrected.
3. Drainage areas 9,10,11 should not drain onto the adjacent properties.
4. Add double check to domestic and irrigation, reference city details.
5. What is your subgrade prep?
6. Our standard details call for #4 bars.
The plans are ready to be picked up. I will have impact fee schedule completed Monday.
