Mr. Khorami,
We have identified that there are still outstanding items to be completed. One of the major items
is the belly in the sewer service. You have been made aware of this and I want to make sure you
understand that if there is a back up in the sewer it may cause you to have to shut down to make
repairs. You will not hold the city responsible for having to close your operations while you
make repairs.
There are other items that need to be complete prior to obtaining your CO, such as landscaping
and the clean out at the property line. We will issue.a temporary CO for 30 days upon your
acknowledgement of this letter. All remaining items need to be completed within 30 days of the
issuance of the TCO. Please sign below and return to this office. Once we receive this we will
release the temporary CO.
