2)Revised Tree Survey & Landscaping
3)Possible Plat revision due to drainage easement mods.
4)Need to provide an overall drainage area map and how 857 cfs is calculated.
5)Concerned with the velocity exiting the 10x5 RCB. While it is less than 12 fps 4-8” rock for 20 feet seems
insufficient. We are concerned for erosion possibilities.
