NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION TR14-02 Parkway & Cowboy
Dear Mr. Bryan,
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the above, referenced project on
March 10, 2016. Two hundred and ten (210) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of the work. Therefore, if work begins on March 10th, then the calendar days on the
project will expire on October 6, 2016. Your construction time will officially begin the day of
commencement or March 10th, whichever comes first.

NOTICE TO HOLD CONSTRUCTION TR14-03 WRANGLER & FRE EPORT
At this time, please hold construction for the above, referenced project until further notice.
Notification will be sent when construction is to begin.
