Dear Mr. Doyle:
Attached is an April 20, 1989 letter from Ms. Peggy Huff,
Property Management, City of Dallas, requesting that we provide a
final letter of acceptance regarding the Revocable License for
the above referenced project. Also enclosed is the February 9,
1989 correspondence from Mr. Jim Gundlach, Property Management,
City of Dallas, where Mayor Duggan accepted the terms and
conditions of the ordinance, and our March 22, 1989 transmittal
to Mr. Gundlach providing the executed copy to them.
Please have the Mayor execute the attached final letter of
acceptance as required in Ordinance No. 20263 Section 7 and
forward to:

Additionally, enclosed is a certified copy of the ordinance. It
