This is regarding the construction : Brick Paver Replacement
Belt Line Rd. & MacArthur Blvd Intersection To Temporarily Close
as found on Coppell city website:

I need to request Coppell city officials supervising this project to revise the detour plans.
The present traffic needs of that intersection does not match with the current plans. Merely citing codes also
does not absolve City of Coppell to skirt from requiring to find innovative ways to address the traffic needs
during the construction.
I read the mentioned code: Please note that Texas Transportation Code states the following:
Sec. 545.423. CROSSING u76PROPERTY.
But I do not find any attempt by Coppell city officials to create temporary traffic lanes from the unused parking
areas and other arrangement like this.
Please revise, else thousands of man hours will be wasted for those people for which the City of Coppell is
nominated to work for.
