Dear Ms Jones:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the follOwing comments
to offer:
1. Show locations of proposed s, islewalks with a note stating they will be constructed by home
builders. ~..
2. Provide 4" round type I(~,/on 5 foot centers.
3. Lots 2-7 need to be regraded to ensure adequate drainage.
4. The size of storm sewer RCP is shown incorrectly on the drainage plan sheet.
5. Provide retaining wall detail for channel.
