Dear Mr. Morton:
This is reference to the United States Postal Service General Mail
Facility on Bethel Road that is under construction.
On Federal property the City of Coppell is not required to inspect
the installation of utilities. The U.S.P.S. has hired the Architect-
Engineer Company(Sverdrup Corpor~ation) to perform the on-site in-
spection. The City should be prepared to inspect any off-site utility
construction.For example,the waterline hook-up on Royal Lane and
Bethel Road, and the sanitary sewer hook-up that will be accomplished
in the main contract next year.
