Steve, you are in receipt of a letter dated January 12,
1988 from Explorer Pipeline Company. I was also sent a
letter to that effect. Please review the contents of that
letter and respond back to me as to the status of the above
reference item, and determine whether or not we should
begin speaking with the Explorer Pipeline Company in order
to ensure that everything is handled correctly. As you
know, I have asked you to oversee this project and I would
like for you to stay on top of it and apprise me of the
situation as we go along.
