Dear Mr. Hilgendorf:
Please furnish the City with a drawing depicting the size of area
that will be affected in the construction of your fuel line. We
do not require a detailed drawing, but the area affected by
dirt/soil placement will need to be shown.
Ail temporary fencing will be constructed in a manner equal to
the existing fence.
The manner ~and location .of the City's surplus materials and
automobiles to be relocated will be directed and supervised by
Public Works representatives.
I am still waiting for information on corrosion control data and
its effect on'our existing fuel tanks as previously requested.
