RE: Coppell Maintenance Facility - Area Affected by
Construction
Dear Mr. Morton;
Per your request in your letter dated February 18,
1988, the attached drawing shows the area inside the
City's Maintenance facility that will be affected by
construction. This drawing shows a 75 foot work area
along the pipeline route that will be used for
fabrication of the pipe and for backfill placement.
Explorer will require use of this 75 foot work
area for approximately four days during construction.
I will notify you 48 hours in advance when construction
in that area is to begin.
Construction is scheduled to begin on March 7,
1988. Construction will begin at the Minyard spur
tracks and will continue westward until completion. I
will be on-site for the duration of this project.
