RE: Explorer Pipeline 75' Construction Area
Steve, Clyde Sifford of DeShazo, Starek and Tang notified me in
a phone call that Explorer will start construction on Monday,
March 14, 1988. They will start their trenching operation at
railroad tracks at Minyards & Freeport, work along railroad right-
of-way to the east right-of-way of Royal Lane, they will then
turn north on Royal, trench to approximately one-half (½) the
distance of Royal Lane and cross from the east to west right-
of-way. At this time they will need to start relocation fence,
surplus material, and have school buses moved.
I have instructed Clyde Sifford to have Explorer Pipeline notify
us 48 hours prior to affecting any change to our old service center
site. It may be a good idea to notify the school at this time
to give them some lead time in relocating their buses.
