RE: Written Release of Explorer for Compaction &
Clean-Up of the Post Office Relocation Project
Dear Mr. Morton;
Per our phone conversation on May 3, 1988, please
give written confirmation of the compaction of the
Royal Lane Crossing and of the compaction of the
driveway to the Coppell Maintenance Facility. Also
please give a written release of Explorer for the final
clean-up through the maintenance facility. These items
are needed to finalize completion of the Post Office
relocation project.
Enclosed per your request during the
pre-construction meeting are copies of the hydrostatic
test and of the test water analysis results. As-built
drawings will be sent as soon as they are available.
