Relocation
Dear Mr. Morton:
Enclosed for your use is a set of As-Built drawings for the
Post Office and Royall Lane relocation. These drawings are the
last of the items to be sent that were requested by you at the
pre-construction meeting for this project.
Per my May 17, 1988 letter to you, please give a written
release of Explorer Pipeline Company for the completion of the
relocation project through City's Maintenance Facility. As
stated in my May 17, 1988 leter, this release is needed to
finalize completion of this project. If there are any additional
items that I am not aware of that are required in order for the
City of Coppell to issue this release, please notify me as soon
as possible.
