We visually inspected the reinforcing steel for sidewalks. Our inspection included verifying the proper size of the
reinforcing steel including diameter, length, bends and anchorage, and the grade and the location of the bars including
spacing and cover. We also verified proper splicing, checked stability of tying, and checked the reinforcing steel for
excessive rust deposits.
