RE: Freeport Parkway South – Civil Punch List
1. Pick up debris in channel and under bridge. (Photo A)
2. Add railing at northwest corner of the bridge to fill in the gap. (Photo B)
3. The seal is missing on 2‐3 feet of expansion joint at the southwest end of the bridge deck.
South bound inside lane. This needs to be corrected. (Photo C)
4. Expansion joint cover plates need to be installed along all bridge sidewalk expansion joints.
See TxDOT detail BS‐EJCP included in the plans. These plates were considered subsidiary to
the trail pavement. See spec page 5‐15. (Photo D)
5. All rail installation needs to be completed throughout the job. (Photo E)
6. All sidewalk expansion joints need to be sealed with self‐leveling silicone sealer. (Photo F)
7. All sidewalk expansion material between back of curb and sidewalk need to be sealed with
self – leveling silicone sealer. (Photo G)
8. All expansion joints along the walls need to be sealed. (Photo H)
9. Complete installation of all Veneerstone. (Photo I)
10. The grading on the northeast side of the channel (along the aerial SS crossing) needs to be
completed and graded per plans. Reference plan sheets 26 and 27 for channel grading.

11. Grate Inlet located in front of the property at 196 Freeport Pkwy needs to be adjusted to

12. The fire lane needs to be re‐striped along the ramps installed at the church driveway.

14. Clean up debris in concrete wall behind retaining wall F. (Photo O)
15. Repair steel straps on the aerial SS crossing. (Photo P)

17. A guy wire for a power pole near station 11+50 may need to be moved to avoid conflict with
pedestrian traffic. (Photo R)
18. Sprinkler head near station 34+00 needs to be repaired. (Photo S)
19. Cracks in the bridge railing need to be reamed/routed out, cleaned, re‐grouted, and re‐
painted. (Photo T & U)
