Smith to get W-9.
Michael - What is your timing and schedule on moving in, I know you were still waiting on the
Electrical Work to get complete.
Its my understanding from George Marshall you are going to do the Denton Tap Work First and then
once Complete you are going to start on the Sandy Lake Side.
Our Irrigation Contractor's Name is Rodney Wheeler - Cell 817-366-9155 - Wheeler Landscaping. He
does all the Landscaping and Irrigation work. He knows about the work. As a reminder there is a
Main line for Irrigation by the Chipotle, so lets get him in the loop to help you identify and shut off/
cap stuff as needed.
Pavecon may be using its own Irrigation Contrator to self perform the work (for the Right Lane Turn
in front of the 104 S. Denton Tap (Chiptole Outparcel).
It is my understanding that my Owner is self performing any Irrigation Repairs and Work associated
with this Driveway Work and any striping.
Please contact me once you know your start dates.

Scope of work:
• Furnish labor, equipment and materials to install 1"sand bed.
• Furnish labor,equipment and materials to install Decora Stone 6 cm antique red color.
• Furnish labor, and equipment to saw cut pavers where required.
• Furnish labor, and equipment to install hand swept and vibrated sand joints.

Exclusions:

Terms:
• This quote is valid for thirty days.
