RE: Prologis Park Lot 3 Blk A (2nd Submittal)
Dear Mr. Gossett,
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Paving Plan–
1. The radius off of Freeport should be a minimum of 20’.
Water and Wastewater Plans–
2. Show the FDC.
3. Will you need an irrigation meter?
The City of Coppell has reviewed the plans for the referenced addition which will be approved
with the comments above addressed.
The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should
submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All
contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of
Coppell along with a copy of the City’s standard construction details. We will also require a Pdf.
version of the plans along with the DWG. files.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2%
inspection fee for all private construction outside the building’s footprint. This includes dirt work,
paving, storm drains, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For all
installations in the public right-of-way or easement, the City charges a 4% fee. A check for
inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the
2
Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice. For
your convenience a spreadsheet is attached to the permit application for use in calculating the
inspection fees. A copy of the contract(s) should be attached for verification purposes.
If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Michael Garza, P.E.
Assistant Director of Engineering.
