On March 5, 2016 reinforcing steel was observed at the following locations:
1) Bethel Road, East Bound, West of Hearthstone Ln.
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Jose Villarreal, a representative of Tiseo Paving.
1) Top rebar along curb was absent.
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted..
