Thank you for providing us with the comments for the proposed Fairfield Inn & Suites site that you have recently
reviewed. I would like to apologize for not responding sooner to you previous email sent below. We will go ahead and
start fitting these corrections into our schedule and if we have any questions or concerns we will simply contact you
directly. One question I do have for you is if there was suppose to be another PDF attachment that was meant to be sent
to us along with the “Part #1” above? I assume that since the last few pages in the PDF of “PART #2” were mostly the
details pages that you did not include those as redlines since you requested we do not include those in the next
submittal from your email below. Is this correct? Thank you for all your time and help with this project, Mike, and we
hope to hear from you very soon on this matter.

The comments I have are:
1.Include the legal description on the cover page
2.Include a copy of the plat
3.On the utility plan – move the fire vault closer to the ROW and put in an easement.
4.The fire department would like a public hydrant at the drive entrance off of Northpoint.
5.Move the vault out of the pavement.
6.Verify that you have the current plans for the service road.
7.Remove all the city details, the contractor will be responsible to have them onsite at all times.

Attached above is the proposed Fairfield Inn & Suites to be located in the Coppell area. I am emailing you by request
from the signing engineer, Stevan Dewald, who received a voice message from you requesting we send you the current
plans that were recently submitted to the City of Coppell. Please note that the entire set was too large to send as an
entire attachment so we had to separate the PDF into two parts in two separate emails. Attached above is the first
portion of the civil plans and the email following this will be the second portion of the PDF plans. If you have any
questions or concern please feel free to contact myself directly and our team would be more than happy to help in any
