Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
Plat
1. What happened to the drainage easement shown on Dim Control?
Dimensional Control
2. Why are the curb returns different?
Grading Plan
3. Show grading for the sidewalk to the street.
Paving Plan
4. Reference City detail for stamped concrete. This must meet our standards and not
some other color or pattern.
5. No BFRs required at the driveway.
6. No lane closures during peals hours. 9am to 3:30pm only. No overnight closures.
7. Looks like there is a power pole in the driveway. Have you begun communication
with Oncor and others regarding relocation?
8. Have you begun communication with Atmos regarding the gas riser relocation?
Drainage Plan
9. How will laterals connect to existing inlet in paving without removing paving?
Water and Waste Water Plan
10. Please label existing cleanout on Oxford.
11. The vault needs to be before the private hydrant not after. Size of vault will need
to handle fire flow.

the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked -up set and two
