REF: Freeport Pkwy, between Ruby Rd and Sandy Lake Rd
1.Install Way Finding sign base.
2.Remove SPEED LIMIT & NO TRUCKS signs and bases on both ends
3.Replace missing pavement markings
4.Remove old lane markings, northbound on south end of project.
5.Powder coat all sign poles.
6.Put E.C film on back of all signs.
