REF: Freeport Pkwy, between Ruby Rd and Sandy Lake Rd
1.All manholes need stainless steel rain pans.
2.Clean out lid needs to be replaced.
3.All clean outs and manholes need to be marked on curb with green color.
4.Clean out needs sweep T replaced and put in vertical pipe.
5.Put concrete around the manhole ring.
6.Put grout to smoothe inside.
7.Three manholes need fixed from 24” to 30” openings.
