Gentlemen:
As you are aware, we recommended a minimum of two percent cement be
used in order to stabilize the paving subgrade. We understand the
City of Coppell is requiring that four percent cement be added.
Therefore, an application rate of 18 pounds per square yard is
recommended in order to satisfy city requirements.
