Dear Ken:
As you may recall, you agreed several months ago to allow the abandonment of the
water line installed between L~t-~ ~--~ I~loc~_ "A" of the Fountain Park AHcJifinn We had
concluded that this line was-not necessary due to the Waters Edge II line prOviding the
loop connection for the system.
The connection through Waters Edge II has now been made, and the original line
between Lots 4 and 5 has been plugged and abandoned. It was your intent to withhold
building permits on these two lots until that work was completed. We respectfully request
that you now remove that restriction from building on these lots.
Once again, I appreciate your willingness to work with us on this and other matters in
Fountain Park.
