Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please consider this letter as confirmation that the Lakes of Coppell Owners Association will
maintain the area along the west side of Cascade Way. This area is shown on the attachment to
this letter.
The subdivision developer will be responsible for maintenance until January 1, 1996. At this
time, the Association will complete routine mowing and litter removal until the adjacent property
is developed. This decision was agreed to by the Board of Directors at yesterdays meeting.
