Davis, it is my ur~derstanding that there are two outstanding issues before final acceptance by theI City. These are: SloPe Maintenance Along Western Boundary. As you_ and i have discussed, we are wor.~ng with the Lakes of Oop~ll HOA to provide the City assurance of the perpetual maintenance of this slope. The next..B~ard meeting is scheduled for January 25, and I hope to nave a resolution on this matter which can be presented to you and the City Attorney soon thereafter. (2) VehiCle Barrier at North End of Fountain View Plaoe. The City desires to have some form of barrier installed at the north end of Fountain View Place in order to prevent vehiCles entering the project from jumping the curb and driving into the lake.
