~ion with my engineer, Lynn Kadleck, the purpose of this letter
following:
As part of the water line construction in our Waters
Ecge Phase Two Addition, the existing 8" line
be ween Lots 4 and 5, Block "A" of Fountain Park
Ac :lition shall be abandoned by cutting the pipe at
the tee in Fountain Drive and plugging the pipe at
both ends.
The constructior~ plans for Waters Edge Phase Two were submitted to the City
on December 22, 1993, and show this abandonment.
