Date: December 23, 1993
Because of potential safety and drainage concerns regarding the location of a driveway for Lot
2, Block C of the FoUntain Park Subdivision, the Engineering Department would like to
recommend that the driveway be located at the southwest comer of the lot (see exhibit).
We understand that the 10' x 10' TU easement could create a problem with the driveway
location. We are currently working with Tim Brancheau, TU Electric representative, on the
location of the transformer.
We request that no permits be issued on this lot until future notice.
