Find with this transmittal three copies of as-builts for the Fellowship 1000 Car Parking Lot located
at Fellowship Church. Also, attached is a copy of the maintenance bond for the concrete in the
public right-way. You should receive this in the mail shortly. I have already submitted the bond
on the water and storm utilities. If there are any other outstanding issues with regards to public
works please call.
