Halff Associates, Inc. 1201 North Bowser Rd Richardson, TX 75081 RE: DFW Airport Property — Logistics Center II Dear Mr. Starkey: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Provide 5' sidewalk adjacent to Bethel Road. Recently the City of Coppell has revised this requirement. 2. The use of brick pavers in Coppell is not allowed. The median is shown to have brick pavers. In Coppell this is required to be stamped concrete. 3. Use Coppell standard for turn lane transitions as this portion is in Coppell. 4. The flush median will cause problems as a recently installed driveway on the north side of the road. I can anticipate trucks using this flush median to enter the driveway from the west. 5. All lane closures in Coppell require the use of an arrow board. As there is a hill in this area, the contractor needs to be flexible with distance and accommodate field conditions. 6. All lane closures are restricted to 9am to 3:30 pm. Closure outside this time will only be approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works. 7. All barricades and signs shall be turned/picked up when not in use. Once the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked -up set and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. A construction development permit will need to be issued by the City of Coppell for the portion of work under our jurisdiction. Please have the contractor complete the attached forms and return to our office with the revised plans.
