The placement of 468 cubic yards of 3500 psi concrete for Slab on Grade at Building Pad, Pour 3 and Inlets Line ST-1 (A,B,C). The required test limits were determined to be a slump of 3-5 inches, air content of 0-3%, batch to placement time of 90 minutes, and concrete temperature range of 50-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time. Six sets of five laboratory cured concrete cylinders were cast for compressive strength testing in our laboratory. 2. The compaction of soils for Storm Sewer, Line ST-2, STA 0+50. Utilizing the nuclear test method to check the compaction of soils; test results indicated that the compacted material, at the areas and elevations tested, met or exceeded the project requirements of 95% of the maximum dry density as obtained in our laboratory using the ASTM D 698-12 Method A Standard. Locations and elevations of all tests are based on stakeout provided by others.
