Please see attached sketch. The required test limits were determined to be a slump of 3-5 inches, air content of 0-3 %, batch to placement time of 90 minutes, and concrete temperature range of 50-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications with regard to temperature, slump, air content, and batch to placement time, with some exceptions, please see attached summary. Five sets of five laboratory cured concrete cylinders were cast for compressive strength testing in our laboratory. During initial curing, the curing box was moved by a subcontractor and six of the cylinders were tipped over.
