Dear Mr. Davis:
The purpose of this letter is to notify you of our desire to begin excavation work
on the referenced subdivision. Matthews Southwest will be developing the
project for Waters Edge Joint Venture. This is the same arrangement as on
Waters Edge, inCluding the same ultimate homebuilders, Avery Edwards and
Country Glen.
The engineer for Fountain Park is Lynn Kadleck of Kadleck & Associates
(phone 702-0771), who will also supervise construction activities in the field.
I will also be involved, and I will make a point to introduce Lynn to you as soon
as possible. The contractor for the excavation work is Euless Excavating, Inc.
(Royce Sanders, President). I am not certain who their field contact will be at
this time, but I Will advise you as soon as I know.
We understand that as a project in the City of Coppell, we will be subject to
and intend to abide by the various applicable City ordinances, e.g., erosion
control, barricade, noise, etc.
