The subdivision as a whole had $37,270.39 in roadway impact fee credits. The residential used $34,344.00 of that
leaving $2,926.39. The first commercial lot used the remainder and was charged an additional $5,464.85.
There is no additional credit available.
Thank You, George

Thank you Michelle.
George,
When we developed Red Hawk we gave the city some ROW dedication. We received credit on the roadway impact fees
when the development, and when our commercial building at 445 S. Denton tap was done. We are asking for the same
for 301 S. Denton tap. Could you please look into it and let me know what additional information you need to issue a
credit?
Thank you
David Hayes
