George, When we developed Red Hawk we gave the city some ROW dedication. We received credit on the roadway impact fees when the development, and when our commercial building at 445 S. Denton tap was done. We are asking for the same for 301 S. Denton tap. Could you please look into it and let me know what additional information you need to issue a credit?
