Dear Mr. Rose:
DART's consultant engineer has completed the review of your proposed site plans labeled "The
City of Coppell, Texas, Plans for the Construction of Krya Court", dated August 2014.
According to DART's consultant engineer, there will be no impacts to the adjacent DART rail
corridor, commonly known as the "Cotton Belt Line". Therefore DART has no objections to
your proceeding with the proposed project.
