This letter was issued by Dart upon approval of our civil plans showing sheet flow drainage onto Dart property.
Currently, as no impervious area exists drainage onto Dart is as it has always been.
Sorry for the delay, Verizon has been down for some time. I will correct grading along silt fence at first opportunity.
