We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for Fountain Park
Addition for water impact fee/water tap fee associated with the irrigation meters. These fees were
not included in your cheek for $136,828.20 paid July 1, 1993 for development fees. The irrigation
fees include:

of your paid receipt to our office, it will help us verify payment of the required fees for this project.

For those developments having preliminary plat approval prior to
June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined:
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer;
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
For those developments having preliminary Plat approval after June
23, 1992 the folllowing assessment is determined;
30 Residential Lots @ $350.00 ea = $10,500.00
Units (Multi-family) at $350.00 ea = $
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates.
