These fees were not included in your cheek for $136,828.20 paid July 1, 1993 for development fees. The irrigation fees include: Water Impact Fee (100% due prior to Council Approval) Water Tap Fee (100%due at Issuance of Water Meters) Water Meter Fee (100% due at IssuanCe of Water Meters) Irrigation Meter Deposit (100%due at Issuance of Water Meters) $3,250.00 $200.00 $124.20 $70.00 Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $3,250.00 and forward it to Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee calculations as soon as possible. The remaining fees will be due upon issuance of water meters. If you will provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office, it will help us verify payment of the required fees for this project. Park Fee Residentiial Lots @ $150.00 ea = $ Units (Multi-family) @ $75.00 ea = $ For those developments having preliminary plat approval prior to June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer; prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued. For those developments having preliminary Plat approval after June 23, 1992 the folllowing assessment is determined; 30 Residential Lots @ $350.00 ea = $10,500.00 Units (Multi-family) at $350.00 ea = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
