Following are the procedures for the production of concrete for this
portable concrete plant
O 1. Raw material is delivered to the site by trucks
02. Material is stored in stockpiles or silos.
03. Stockpiled material is carried to the plant by wheel loaders.
04. Dust emission from this operation are controlled by water
sprinkling.
05. Silo stored material is carried to the weigh hoppers by
enclosed augers. Dust emission from this operation is
controlled by venting to the central bag house.
06. Weighed material and water are discharged into the central
mixing dram and throughly mixed. Dust emission
from this operation are controlled by venting to central bag
house.
07. Mixed material is discharged into open top dump tracks.
08. Dump truck deliver the material to the spreader.
