Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Kadleck:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
On the Paving and drainage sheets provide arrows to show direction of flow in
the streets.
2. Provide a label for the cross sections on the paving and drainage sheets.
3. Station the: location of inlets in the plan and profile views.
Show the Concrete encasement of the sanitary sewer line crossing storm drainage
pipe on sheet 5.

Make the Change to sanitary sewer line "C" as indicated on the water and sanitary
sewer plans. Also, add the following to the General Notes: "Water service lines
shall be Type 'K' copper".
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments
have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for
