Dear Ken:
As we discussed, there is an issue regarding drainage in Fountain Drive. It
was decided that if Waters Edge Joint Venture is able to obtain the property
to the east of FoUntain Park and handle the surface drainage in Fountain Drive
with the development of that property, then no storm sewer will have to be
constructed in FOuntain Drive with this addition. I am pleased to inform you
that we now have that property under contract and expect to close in August.
If for some reason we are unable to consummate this purchase of the
additional properS, then Waters Edge Joint Venture will modify our plans and
construct a storm sewer at the east end of Fountain Drive, within Fountain Park
Addition, to handle the drainage in the roadway.
