In order for the City of Coppell to receive credit for CRS Activity 440 Additional Map Data (AMD) I will need a written statement from you saying that you have updated the communities
GIS system annually to include any new subdivisions, annexations, LOMA’s or LOMR’s for the community. You may write up the statement in the form of an email and send it to me. I will
also need you to then print out GIS screen prints of any of the AMD elements you wish to receive credit for and I will score them. Credit opportunities include those listed on page 440-4
– 440-5 in the 2013 CRS Coordinator’s Manual.
For FIRM Maintenance credit, I will need you to provide me with face copies of the February 1980 FIRM and the April 2011 FIRM. If you cannot provide any of the requested information
please let me know. Thank you!
