Mr. Garza,
I have received the technical review for the City of Coppell, Texas CRS Activity 540. The technical reviewer has requested the following additional information.
For CDR credit:
1. Map of the City of Coppell system
2. Inventory of the system
3. Signed 540C-EHP
4. A list of insp./maint. records
For SDR credit:
The technical reviewer is saying the ord. language just talks about not allowing materials that will cause pollution (the MS4 language), we need something that talks about blockage of
waterways, streams, water bodies, etc. So, please show that some ordinance language says that somewhere or else no credit here.
Please submit the requested information as soon as possible, thank you!

Activity 330: We have information being distributed in both our Water Bill Insert and Coppell Clips. This information runs quarterly, with publication being in Coppell Clips next week.
Activity 350: The City of Coppell website is up-to-date with correct floodplain verbiage and active links.
Activity 430: We do have disaster recovery in place. The City of Coppell stores records electronically offsite at least one mile away out of the floodplain. They are continuously transferred
to the offsite storage.
Activity 440: We update the city’s GIS system to include LOMR’s for subdivisions or annexations as soon as they are available.
Activity 450: the design-storm size can be found on page V-1 of the city wide storm water management study. The size of development can be found in the Dallas Design Manual which we
follow and reference in our subdivision ordinance for design criteria.
If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
Thanks,
