Mr. Garza,
I am in the process of finalizing the open CRS file for the City of Coppell, Texas. To date I have not received the documentation needed to award credit for Activity 420 Open Space.
The loss of this credit could result in a class retrograde for your community. If you wish to maintain credit for Activity 420 please provide the documentation below no later than Monday
July 27th. If the documentation is not received by Monday I will proceed with finalizing the file without 420 Open Space credit. Thank you.
Activity 420 (Open Space Preservation):
· I need to know what the area of the SFHA is under the current map dated 7/7/2014.
· Provide a map showing all Open Space areas in the SFHA along with a corresponding list of those Open Space properties listing name, owner and area in the SFHA.
· Provide a copy of any deed restrictions you find on properties preserved as open space in the SFHA.
