Superior Structural Systems was requested by Barney Barnett to provide consulting services in connection with the
preliminary work needed to evaluate the above project. This letter is intended to serve as notice to you that Barney and I were not
able to reach an agreement upon the terms of Superior Structural Systems involvement in the proposed project. Please be aware that
neither Superior Structural Systems or I,or any other company with which I am assosiated, is going to be further involved in this
project.
