Inc. 5225 Village Creek Drive, Suite 200 Plano, TX 75093 Denton Tap Development Grading Plans Dear Mr. Juarez: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Title sheet needs to indicate "for grading purposes only". 2. Provide plan for grading in the landscape common areas on North Texas Blvd. 3. The proposed curb inlets need to be located on the outside curb. Therefore, the cross slope for the south side of North Texas Blvd. needs to change. 4. Provide a profile for the north side of North Texas Blvd. 5. The paving invert in the fire lane needs to be located in the center line on the fire lane. 6. Provide natural ground elevation along the perimeter of the development. 7. Additional erosion control may be needed around the existing drop inlet located at the northwest corner of the development. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
