On July 8t~ we agreed to maintain the landscaped area adjoining the North
boundary of our property located at 115 N. Denton Tap Rd., Coppell, Texas
and the South side of North Texas Court as shown on exhibit "A"
As of September the 12ch, 1997 we agree to maintain the 1 to 10 feet in width
additional Landscaping, that Mrs. Pat Boorhem has submitted to the City of
