1.Northeast on Creekview: need 24 x 24 concrete pad around MLV; mark and paint curb for
MLV; paint MLV lid blue; straighten valve stack.
2.Mark and paint WD and WI on curb; need valve stack for curb stop; uncover lower fittings
in domestic can for inspection; relocate irrigation can over irrigation DC.
3.Northeast FH: move ballard pole (too close to hydrant); mark and paint FHV and MLV on
curb and lids.
4.Northwest FH: mark and paint lids and curb for MLV and FHV; weep holes are not
draining.
5.West FH: mark and paint MLV and FHV; raise both valve stacks to grade.
6.Southwest FH: mark and paint FHV and MLV on curb.
7.Southeast FH: mark and paint FHV and MLV on curb.
8.Fire vault: mark and paint MLV.
